LANA WHITE OBITUARY

Lana M. White, 74, Minot, ND, formerly of New Brighton, MN, passed away suddenly Monday, July 18, 2022, in a Minot hospital.
Lana Mae was born on September 10, 1947 in Hopkins, Minnesota. Lana was adopted by Clifford and Della Erickson, and was also welcomed into the family by an older sister, LaVonne. She grew up in Hopkins/Mounds View area.
Lana Mae was united in marriage to her first husband Tom Brown at the age of 20 and adopted two children, Troy and Heather. The couple later divorced. Lana worked hard to raise her children mostly as a single parent in New Brighton, Minnesota.
In 1989, Lana was united in marriage to Ron White, and they had a son Zachery. Soon after they moved to Minot, North Dakota, where they have since made their home. Lana enjoyed camping, playing cards, and great conversation. She was a strong woman who was always mindful of others. She will be missed and always remembered.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Ron; daughter, Heather (Corey) Klein and their three children Savannah, Connor, Brady; son, Troy (Livia) Brown and their four children Kyle, Ava, Owen, Audrey, and son Zachery White; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Lana was preceded in death by her parents and sister LaVonne.
Visitation: There will be no reviewal as cremation has taken place, however, friends may sign a guest register on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 one hour prior to the service at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot.
Memorial Service: Tuesday, July 26, 2022, 11 am, Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot
Burial: A private family burial will take place at a later date.
